Tithonia & Nasturtium

Mar 11 2002 ~ The Tithonia flower featured on the left and in the center was grown in a tiny pot on my balcony and survived a 100 mile move in the back seat of our Neon as a bud to bloom a few days after we arrived at our new apartment. The Nasturtium on the right is from the next year, a beautiful deep pink double-petaled variety called Dwarf Cherry Rose. Both were grown from seed and photographed using my canon powershot digital camera. I used brushes from Nocturna's Dirty Brush Beureau (nocturna.net/brushes) and a few of my own to add texture, scratches, etc. (I also used the left-most photo as part of the Title Gallery page design, and the right most as part of the about page design.)
