HAUNTED

Mar 24 2002 ~ the episode is Normal Again, and the lyrics from Poe's Haunted. With a little editing to stream line and remove the implication that the love lost was romantic, I thought the song worked well enough as an expression of the episode to warrant a collage. At first it was going to be square, but then after wrestling with it for an hour or so, I decided that I hate square, and it became vertical.

I reduced the saturation and increased the contrast and then started experimenting with the texture->grain filter, which I haven't used much before. I really liked the look of the vertical line option, so the rest of the tweaks took off from there. Some light custom brush usage (ones from enfest.com) around the edges, but most of the texture is from the grain filter & playing with select color.

The brush font used on the word Haunted is Ruach Let, and the other font is Batmos.
